Tastefull spaghetti with red wine sauce






My favourite argument is food and all what is concerning the hearth fruits.
Food and hearth are our life and cooking is a daily contact with it.
Today I will cook for me and my husband a very simple recipe , do not worry, when we use good quality of food each recipe comes well . May be it sound strange for your culinary habits use such ingredients , be sure that cooking is easier as it looks sometime, put yourself on it.
Provide with these ingredients: tomato sauce, anchovies paste, olive oil extra virgin, black olives, red wine of good quality: Chianti or Morellino or Barbera.



Put in a large saucepan warm the olive oil, the tomato sauce, the black olives and the anchovies paste and simmer this sauce.



In the meantime fill up a pot with half water and half wine, bring it to boil, salt it and when it is boiling and pour the spaghetti and cook them “ al dente”, half cooking.



Then pour the spaghetti in the saucepan and add another glas of red wine, fill up well the spaghetti and the sauce and finish their cooking.

Serve them on a warm plate accompanied with the same red wine used for the recepit

Vino Cotto Le Marche


Vino Cotto ( cooked wine) is a ancient tradition how to work the wine , coming from the people called Piceni ( 10th century a.c.) and still alive in Le Marche, in the Province of Ascoli Piceno and recognized by the Ministery as an Italian traditional food belonging to the Regions Le Marche and Abruzzo .

The kind grapes used are Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Galloppa.
Once pressed the grapes , the most obtained will be boiled in a a branch large copper and let it cooked with a high fire until the third part of the liquid is evaporated.
Then the concentrate must will be tucked in oak barrels where is already present the older wine.
Its slow and long aging will avoid oxidations.

Characteristics:
color in between carnet red and rubin red
Parfum : fruits
Flavour: sweet
Alcoholic degree: 14%

Dessert wine as Marsala or Vino Passito.


Every year in September are organized Festivals dedicated to Vino Cotto in the Province of Ascoli Piceno and Macerata and surely if you choose to enjoy your holiday I warmly suggest magnificients Famhouses where tradition-confort-quality is guaranteed.

Tube Magnato Pico White Truffle 3,300 punds sold to China

Yesterday the biggest white Truffle found in the Pisa's Hills, has been sold by auction and bought by a magnate from Macao Cina for an amount of 330.ooo Dollars.

Finally this history come to the end , a good end as the proceed of this sale will be given to charities : in Italy to Telethon, in China to the Caritas and in United Kindom to the Street Children Consortium.

The Auction was connected by satellite from Florence at the Palazzo Medici Ricciardi
one of the most important reanaissane and baroque monument.

The largest White Truffle in the world was found in Italy on the 1954 , is weigt was
2,5 kg, and it was donated to the President of United States Mr. Eisenhower.
