Tastefull spaghetti with red wine sauce






My favourite argument is food and all what is concerning the hearth fruits.
Food and hearth are our life and cooking is a daily contact with it.
Today I will cook for me and my husband a very simple recipe , do not worry, when we use good quality of food each recipe comes well . May be it sound strange for your culinary habits use such ingredients , be sure that cooking is easier as it looks sometime, put yourself on it.
Provide with these ingredients: tomato sauce, anchovies paste, olive oil extra virgin, black olives, red wine of good quality: Chianti or Morellino or Barbera.



Put in a large saucepan warm the olive oil, the tomato sauce, the black olives and the anchovies paste and simmer this sauce.



In the meantime fill up a pot with half water and half wine, bring it to boil, salt it and when it is boiling and pour the spaghetti and cook them “ al dente”, half cooking.



Then pour the spaghetti in the saucepan and add another glas of red wine, fill up well the spaghetti and the sauce and finish their cooking.

Serve them on a warm plate accompanied with the same red wine used for the recepit

This recipe is used in many regions of Italy,I mentioned 3 kind of wine, but any red and bodly wine will be match for this dish.
